What are the estimated delivery times for products ordered on URID?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 (24-48 hours) working days from purchase. However, the actual shipping time depends on the destination and the courier you choose. After shipping, the estimated delivery time varies between 2 and 7 working days.
If your shipment is significantly delayed, URID is committed to contacting you personally and offer you a discount voucher equal to the value of your order and a surprise gift as a token of appreciation for your patience.
How can I track my order?
