Refund Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We strive to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged due to transportation or if you receive the wrong product, you are eligible for a full refund.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  3. Once the request is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are not available for items that do not meet the above criteria.


Return Policy (Exchange for Store Credit)

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 90 days of receiving your order. Upon return, you will receive store credit in your account, equal to the value of the returned product, which you can use to purchase another item from our store.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
  2. Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  3. Ship the product back to us following the provided instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued to your account.

Please note that returns for store credit do not include shipping fees and the item must be returned in resalable condition.
